Dear Cass Tech 1970 Alumni,
As we approach 50 years of graduating from Cass Tech, I am thankful to be a part of a great school and class as well as being associated with reunion committees (throughout the years) that were focused and visionary. The reunion committees made sure our class had consistent reunions for the last 30 years.
Nearly five years ago, the 1970 Cass Tech Reunion Committee began hosting annual meet and greets. During the last 30 years, our class reunion committees have faced challenges in executing our reunions. However, each reunion was a labor of love as well, which allowed us to remain connected.
Some of my fellow committee members, I did not know well or at all in high school. On a personal note, throughout the last 30 years, having the opportunity to work with and getting to know fellow reunion committee members has been a great experience.
The 50th year reunion committee is working very hard to implement a memorable reunion that you will enjoy. However, we need your help. How can you help? We need you to inform others about the Class of 1970’s reunion – let them know what is being planned. Direct them to our website or Facebook page for detailed information. Equally as important, I am requesting that if you plan to attend the reunion, please purchase your tickets and make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Your participation in these areas will make our planning go a lot smoother, keep our stress level down, and help us give you the quality weekend that you deserve.
On behalf of the Class of 1970’s 50th Year Reunion Committee, I would like to thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely
Blaine Denning
Reunion Committee President
